Sign Of The Horse

"Sign of the Horse" was created to capture the free spirit of the wild horse - a  playful, high energy, strong and free spirit creation.

This work continues with the fun theme of my previous cardboard-based works:
"Strong Man", "Jackrabbit" and "Feline".

I used strips of cardboard, instead of flat sheets, to form a rearing horse. When the shell material that coated the cardboard was fired, the cardboard was incinerated, resulting in a cavity that was filled with molten bronze.
