Jack Rabbit |

I created Jackrabbit as a fun, playful and happy piece. It brought back memories of when I was a kid making the old "build from cardboard objects" by sliding part "A" into part "B" etc., until a completed object was created.
Cardboard, instead of
clay, was the base material for the Jackrabbit. When the shell material
that coated the cardboard was fired, the cardboard was incinerated,
resulting in a cavity that was filled with molten bronze.
