Title: Baby Audrey |
Baby Audrey depicts our new born baby sleeping. I have been working with this piece for almost three years. I used it to relax after a day at the studio and foundry, working on other artist's and my own artwork. It was amazing how quickly "Baby Audrey" grew into "Little Girl" Audrey, making it a real challenge to complete her as I remembered her as a baby. Seeing her grow up so quickly brought to mind the song, "Let Them Be Little" sung by Billy Dean. As this art work taught me, they do grow so quickly. |
